Special 3 day African inspired menu for Dialysis patients (and everyone)
To honour World Kidney day 14th March 2024. We created a special menu inspired from our African roots, with delicious local ingredients from Kenya (East Africa) and Zimbabwe (Southern Africa). These are designed with low sugar intake for dialysis patients, and are suitable for everyone who wishes to take care of their health and wellbeing. Adjusted to provide about 40-50 grams of protein, 1,500 mg sodium, 1,500 mg potassium, 1,800 calories per day. Naturally can be adjusted to meet your specific needs. Please consult with your dietician or doctor to ensure the menu is suitable to your specific treatment plan.
